Wheelchair transport services is only suitable for wheelchair user who is conscious, able to sit up or secured by straps and belt in a slight recline (not more than 45 degree) position, and do not require any urgent medical attention / treatment.
Otherwise, please book a medical transport or ambulance by calling 1777.
We may reject the ride with no refund if our driver evaluates that the wheelchair user may be better served by medically trained personnel.
Hydraulic Wheelchair transport is recommended when the wheelchair user is heavy or/and have a motorized wheelchair. Otherwise, majority of our customers are able to benefit from our affordable by choose Standard Wheelchair Transport (& the subsidized rides).
A typical wheelchair transport service in Singapore costs from $25 to $120, varies from different service provider. Advance booking of Singapore wheelchair transport costs $225 to $75. It is affordable. You can get your own quote from our mobile app.
Booking
All bookings made on the web portal and mobile application are confirmed. We are obligated to fulfill them.
You are advised not to pre-book your return trip if you are uncertain on the returning time. We are unable to accommodate any changes after we have allocated a vehicle to you.
Having say that, please book only our service when you are about to finish your appointment and we guarantee you a ride as long the system accepts your schedule booking.
By 9 pm on the day before. For example, You have booked a ride for 1 Jan 2022. You will receive the driver details by 31 Dec 2021 9 pm in the app.
We are the only wheelchair transport company insisting to send the driver details early so that our customers can contact the drivers directly.
No. We are committed to serving you when you make a scheduled booking with us. You are guaranteed a driver.
Payment, Refund and Cancellations
Major Credit/Debit Cards and Singapore PayNow.
Currently, paying using cash is only made available after office hours.
Rides whose travel times are more than 24 hours from the cancellation time are refunded to the application wallet. There is no refund for any other scenario. Therefore you are advised to book only when you are certain that you need our service.

Safety, Service Expectation

No. The driver shall maintain zero physical contact with the wheelchair user
Yes. It is for his/her own safety. If he does not have one, the driver may offer a wheelchair restraint belt. Failure to wear one, the driver may refuse service and there is no refund for the ride.
If the driver fails to ensure, please report the incident to us at support@singaporewheelchairtransport.com to receive $20 discount code from us. We do not compromise on safety.
5 minutes. We will exercise the waiting time and charges at our own discretion, depending on our schedule on that day.
